Awe can transform the self, as we enter a space of quiet humility. We will start with our breathing, notice our feet on the Earth, our hands on trees. We’ll listen for sounds as we shift our awareness from self to all that’s around us. Then, we will explore what inspires awe through invitations offered by your guide. There will be opportunity to talk with other forest bathers about what this Earth Day means to you. All awe-inspired forest therapy walks end with a ceremonial tea, something that could have been foraged along our walk. Spots are limited.
