Current Federal and State government tax incentives will reduce the installation cost dramatically; New York City residents who install solar will also see a substantial property tax reduction. Solar installations enable residents to reduce dependence on electricity generated by burning fossil fuels. This informative program will be led by Rosario Romano, a solar expert with the Long Island-based firm of NGS Solar, and Walter Mugdan, APEC Board member and recently retired senior official with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
